The length of sessions provided by our therapists is one-hour (at least 53 minutes) in duration. 

Starting therapy can seem daunting, so here are some things you can expect in your initial interactions with your therapist: a comprehensive assessment where your therapist will ask questions regarding biological, psychological, and social aspects of your life, in order to get a better picture of who you are as a whole. 

By the second session, you will work collaboratively with your therapist to create a treatment plan that is customized to meeting your individual needs. 

Expect to be challenged with compassion, as our therapists seek to help clients break through patterns of problematic thinking in order to see a new perspective. 

At this time, all sessions are conducted via telehealth on our HIPAA compliant platform.
